“That’s my sweetheart in there. Wherever she is, that’s where my home is.” – The Notebook
I’m about to make my way to bed for a few hours as it’s 5AM but I wanted to formally announce that Mikaela and I have launched Julianna Guill Online! I will definitely be honest and say that I haven’t really seen her in anything I’d consider amazing to say the least but she’s a gorgeous and funny girl (born in NC!) and it was fun working on the site with Mikaela as we haven’t done a ‘new’ site together in a while. While that might not be the best reason, atleast I am truthful and not claiming I see Oscars in her future (not now, but people do surprise you! some of the greatest actors came from some of the worst films) And seriously. See Friday the 13th – you will probably see why I am a bit smitten. Haha!

Today is of course Valentine’s Day. (more…)

“Guys, it’s okay! He just wanted his machete back!”
– Jason X
I stumbled in a few hours ago from the midnight screening of the long awaited Friday the 13th! (My most anticipated film since November). I’m bouncing with total glee about just how much fun I had tonight!
We went to yet another new theatre (a trend as of late) at a mall I’d never been to. This one wasn’t quite as comfortable as the one I saw Doubt at (seats there reclined!) but it was super ritzy, clean, uber perfect picture etc. Really no complaints on that end. The place was surprisingly packed! I was honestly shocked by how packed the place was, almost all the seats were filled (we counted 180 and stopped and dozens more poured in). Really didn’t expect this good a turn out but totally pleased as I really wanted a lively experience and hope it succeeds at the box office. It was mostly teenagers, some rather annoying but honestly I was having so much fun, laughing, giggling, watching people’s reactions etc that it’s sometimes okay in instances like this.

Summer and myself after the movie, genuinely happy smiles!
