Fansite dedicated to the actress Amber Heard.

For the current version of the site we wanted something really unqiue from what is in the modern fansite world and professional since our site is approved by Amber's representatives. Her Allure photoshoot was pretty and made for the perfect Spring theme. A fixed footer with grass and daisies on the design gave it a very fresh feel. It was really liked upon it's launching!

This past version of Adoring Amber Heard featured a bold and unique look for a fansite. The layout was a perfect look for the summertime and I decided to focus on beach ball colors which were featured in the fun summery photoshoot. It was really fun and cute!

3. Adoring Amber Heard

Fansite dedicated to the actress Amber Heard.

This much darker look featured a city scape backdrop and a sexier feel using her stunning Maxim outtake. The navigation featured a unique drop-down java mouseover rarely used and allowed for super easy user-friendly site access. Bright colors for the text like links and titles gave a fresh pop of color!

4. Abbie Cornish Online

Fansite dedicated to the actress Abbie Cornish

For the current version of Abbie Cornish Online, we wanted to fully revamp the site. We wanted to highlight the content and focus on Abbie - the actress, not Abbie the celebrity. I decided to use a favorite shoot which is "very Abbie" as well as images from some of her most memorable film roles to highlight her versatility. I opted for black and white to make the images flow together and choose a brighter shade of purple and aqua to keep things interesting.

A simple and sleek layout using whites, blues and tans for Amy Adams Fan. Although a more traditional concept, still an elegant design that is most importantly easy on the eyes and user friendly!

6. Blake Lively Source

Fansite dedicated to the actress Blake Lively.

A rarely seen three-column design from myself for the site takeover back last year. The images rotating from the beautiful and mystical photoshoot of Blake and featured bright shades of yellow, pink and tan. It was one of the funnest set-ups I had creating, I really enjoyed the layout and so did the visitors.

7. Captivating Cruz

News and photoblog dedicated to actress Penelope Cruz.

For this layout, I decided to focus on Penelope Cruz's upcoming film Nine. The site only covers the latest news and media so I wanted something professional and simple - to get the point of the site across. I loved all the promotional images and stills of her character so I used a rotating batch of images. The colors were kept in tune with the pics and I gave the look a smokey and set light effect since it was a movie about film afterall. Lights, camera, action!

8. Captivating Cruz - Gallery

Photo gallery for Penelope Cruz images at Penelope-Cruz.org.

Layout was in series to the Nine theme mentioned above. Again using a rotation header and matching colors, although the top header was less larger and graphic heavy than the main site to focus on the gallery's content and give users easier access.

For the gallery/video section at Isla Fisher Web I was asked to create something fun but accessible. The colors were in tune with nature, like the photoshoot of Isla, using sky blues and soft greens. An intro and log in box allowed for easy access to the gallery.

Using Isla Fisher's Allure cover shoot, this layout was launched at the peek of the promotion for her film Confessions of a Shopoholic (which was highlighted in a fun way in the footer). The design used orange and turqoise and rotated various pictures from the set.

News blog and fan tribute to actress Kate Hudson.

A less graphic-driven look was created for Winslet Forever, a new personal tribute to Kate Winslet by a very good friend. Kate is the ultimate classic Hollywood star in a modern time and I wanted to showcase that with a sparkly, simple design.

For the very first layout at Abbie Cornish Online, a look was created that focused mostly on the site's content than flashy graphics. Colors were kept in tune with the photoshoot and bare essential information was put on the sidebar. We wanted a very unique look for the site's opening and I feel it was achieved.

Fansite dedicated to the actress Rose McGowan.

With Fall approaching we wanted an Autumn vibe at the site. This photoshoot of Rose was perfect for that and we couldn't choose between the stunning images! All were used and I did a fun polaroid effect on the header.

14. Glamour Reese Witherspoon

Still one of my favorite layouts ever, designed many years ago for Glamour Reese Witherspoon, the largest Reese site on the net. This image from Harper's Bazaar was fabulous and had to be showcased right away. Although the colors were bold and eye-popping, the layout was one of the most well received for me personally.

After a series of quite dark - and not literally color wise, but quite honestly demented looks that featured dead bodies and blood to focus on the actor's TV series Dexter, I felt it was time to showcase the happy Michael C. Hall! Blues and a brownish-red shade were used.

Fansite dedicated to the actress Rose McGowan.

After receieving personal gratitude from Rose McGowan herself, we wanted something that was ultra personal for our site. Rose has been very kind to the site so this layout was the true definition of a tribute to her and her fans who got the nods. Everything from her favorite films as posters, candy for a tabletop, to her baby doggies were used. The layout launched on an index which after a scroll showcased her films and latest images, versus the traditional setup of a sidebar. However on section clicks, this information disappears and unique sidebars for each section appears - giving for real accessiblilty to the site's many contents. It is one of the most complex designs and total set-ups (page wise) I created and I had a great time making it in this style. It was a lot of work and took many days, but I think it was totally worth it - especially getting a compliment from Rose herself on how much she loved it!

Maria asked for a quirky layout to suit the subject's personality which was a little difficult considering I do not know of her work personally. But I thought of an idea I hadn't really seen used in the fansite world and I thought it worked really nicely.

This layout was launched in the Spring of 2010 and aimed to feature a cuter, more feminine side to the usually very lucious and sex potty Diora Baird. I thought of something 'springy' that I liked with the photos and this turned out. The customers thought it was very cute and what they aimed for! I enjoyed making it a lot.
